Meet The Staff

Our staff is certified by the American Board for Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics, holds membership in the American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics, and the Amputee Coalition of America.

Paul Harney, President/CO

Paul has practiced in the field of prosthetics and orthotics for 27 years. He is ABC certified and a graduate of New York University Post Graduate Medical School Certificate Program in Prosthetics and Orthotics; Boston University; and Boston Latin School. He was formerly employed at Hanger P&O, Inc. and NovaCare, Inc. as Clinical Operations Director for Northern New England. He also worked at First Medical in Boston; and NovaCare, Inc. in both Burlington and Woburn, MA.

Paul serves as President of the FDR Center for P&O, Inc. and continues to provide services to patients at all FDR Center locations. Paul specializes in spinal, upper and lower extremity orthotics.

Cindy has worked as an administrator/office manager in the field of prosthetics and orthotics for the past 14 years. She is a graduate of Wilma Boyd Career School in Pittsburgh, PA. Previous to joining the FDR Center for P&O, Inc., 7 years ago, she worked as an administrator for Hanger P&O, Inc., and NovaCare, Inc. in Nashua, NH. Cindy was also employed for 11 years in administration in the field of law for Jones Law Firm; Clauson, Struckhoff and Kelly; and Honeywell's legal department.

While Cindy serves as the Vice President of the FDR Center for P&O Inc., she continues to oversee the office administration for all the FDR Center locations.

Stuart has practiced in the field of prosthetics and orthotics for over 25 years. He is an ABC Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist. He is a graduate of Rancho Los Amigos Hospital Certificate Program in Orthotics and UCLA's Prosthetics Program. Previous to joining the FDR Center for P&O, Inc. 7 years ago, he was employed by Hanger P&O, Inc. in Nashua, NH. Stuart has also been employed as a facility manager in Los Angles at NovaCare, Inc; at Orthomedics in California; and at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital.

Stuart has specialized training in the Otto Bock C-Leg, Sabolich Socket Technology, MAS Socket, Harmony System, MyoBock course, and Rheo Knee, among others.

Stuart serves as the Clinical Manager for the FDR Center and provides services to patients at all FDR Center locations

Michael M. Amrich, CPO

Michael is an ABC Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. He attained his education through the University of California at Los Angeles, New York University and Northwestern University. Michael brings over 30 years experience participating in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Servicing traumatic injuries throughout the United States his clinical interests focus on upper limb/partial hand prosthetics and myo-electric design. Sub specialties include congenital limb deficiencies, osteosarcoma amputation/ rotation plasty, in addition to lower limb and post-operative prosthetic management.  Michael Amrich provides Adult and Pediatric patients with the highest quality of care through in house fabrication, fitting, training, and education of all levels of amputations.

Mike has been employed by the FDR Center for P&O, Inc. for two years and provides services to patients at all FDR Center locations.

James R. Cannon, CO

Jim has practiced in the field of orthotics for 43 years. He is a graduate of Indiana University and New York University Post Graduate School. Additional education at the Franklin Institute and a Scoliosis Course at the University of Tennessee. Jim was formerly employed at Hanger P&O, Inc. and NovaCare Inc. in Burlington, MA; East Coast Orthopedics in Centerville, MA; Rourke Orthopedic Inc in Boston/Worcester, MA; Physical Support Systems in Windham, NH; Alpha Medical in Boston, MA; and Boston Children's Hospital.

Jim joined the FDR Center for P&O, Inc. 7 years ago and provides services to patients in our Nashua, NH facility.

Peter has worked in the field of prosthetics and orthotics for the past 31 years. He is an ABC Registered Prosthetic Technician and a Certified Orthotics Fitter. He was employed by Northeastern Prosthetic and Brace before joining FDR Center for P&O, Inc. 5 years ago

Peter provides services to patients in the Burlington, MA facility.

Mike has worked in the field of prosthetics and orthotics for the past 24 years. He was employed by Hanger, Inc. and First Medical before joining the FDR Center for P&O, Inc. 4 years ago.

Mike manufactures and fabricates all types of braces at our Burlington, MA location.

Trisha has been in the field of office administration for the past 30 years. She worked as an out- patient insurance coordinator for 15 years at Melrose Wakefield Hospital. She was employed by Northeastern Prosthetic and Brace before joining the FDR Center for P&O, Inc. 5 years ago.

Trisha is now an Office Administrator for FDR Center in Burlington, MA.
