- •Route 3/Everett Turnpike South to Nashua, NH
- •Exit 5E Toward Nashua (on the right)
- •Off the exit stay right and get back onto Route 3/Everett Turnpike heading North
- •Exit 5A Simon Street (next exit on right)
- •Take Left at the Stop Sign off exit onto Simon Street
- •39 Simon Street on right immediately after the bend
- •Turn right into parking lot, FDR Center located straight ahead Suite 7
